هم‌راستاسازی راهبرد منابع انسانی با راهبرد سازمان بر اساس رویکردسیستمی

چکیده

به دلیل تاثیر زیاد فعالیت‌های منابع انسانی بر عملکرد فرد و سازمان؛ از جمله بر بهره‌وری سازمان، فعالیت‌های منابع انسانی مهم تلقی شده و نیازمند هم‌راستاسازی با راهبردهای سازمان است. هم‌راستاسازی راهبرد منابع انسانی با راهبرد سازمان منجر به نتایج فردی و سازمانی متفاوتی از جمله افزایش خلاقیت و نوآوری، ایجاد و حفظ مزیت رقابتی، توسعه مسئولیت پذیری و افزایش توان بالقوه سازمان، بهبود ارتباطات بین واحد منابع انسانی و ... می شود. لزوم نگاه راهبردی به منابع انسانی، موضوعی انکارناپذیر بوده که با تحولات محیطی بر اهمیت آن افزوده می شود.
از آنجایی‌که مدیریت راهبردی اثربخش سازمان نیازمند منابع انسانی کارا است؛ مقاله حاضر با هدف همسوسازی راهبرد منابع انسانی با راهبرد سازمان، به بیان نقش رویکرد سیستمی در این همسوسازی پرداخته است. سپس با ارائه مزایا و کارکردهای این همسوسازی در عملکرد سازمان؛ نحوه همسوسازی راهبرد سازمان با راهبرد منابع انسانی را تشریح می نماید.
