آمیزه‌های الاستومری ترموپلاستیکی PVC/NBR: معرفی و مطالعه‌ی پارامترهای مؤثر بر بهبود ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و پایداری حرارتی

چکیده

اصلاح پلیمرها از راه تهیه‌ی آلیاژ، نقش مهمی در تنظیم ویژگی‌های نهایی فراورده‌ها دارد. آمیزه‌سازی کائوچوهای نیتریل (NBR) با پلی‌وینیل کلرید (PVC) الاستومرهای ترموپلاستیکی پایه وینیلی را معرفی می‌کند که در طیف گسترده‌ای از کاربردهای صنعتی مورداستفاده قرار می‌گیرند. افزودن ماتریس ترموپلاستیکی به NBR موجب بهبود پارامترهای مکانیکی نمونه می‌شود، به‌طوری‌که استحکام کششی با افزودن phr 70 PVC به NBR از MPa 5/3 به 5/9 افزایش می‌یابد. ولکانش دینامیکی یکی دیگر از عامل‌های مؤثر بر بهبود پارامترهای مکانیکی آمیزه‌ی PVC/NBR است.
مقایسه‌ی دو آمیزه‌ی دارای 10 درصد فاز لاستیکی نشان می‌دهد که ولکانش دینامیکی موجب افزایش 205 درصد مدول یانگ و افزایش استحکام کششی از 7/7 به MPa 8/14 و در آمیزه‌های با 30 درصد NBR، موجب افزایش 370 درصد استحکام پارگی می‌شود. به‌علاوه، زمان‌مندی آمیزه‌ها بر میزان استحکام کششی و پارگی، مدول و سختی می‌افزاید که به تغییرهای میکرو ساختاری ناشی از نگه‌داری در دمای بالاتر مربوط می‌شود. عامل‌های سازگار کننده نیز با ایجاد چسبندگی بین سطحی میان دو فاز نقش مؤثری در ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و کاهش اُفت وزنی آمیزه دارند. افزودن 4 درصد گلیسیدیل متاکریلات به آمیزه‌ی دارای 20 درصد PVC، موجب کاهش 5 درصد اُفت وزنی کل می‌شود. به‌علاوه، افزایش NBR نیز منجر به افزایش پایداری حرارتی آمیزه می‌شود. مطالعه‌ی مورفولوژی (ریخت‌شناسی) آمیزه نشان می‌دهد که با افزایش مقدار NBR در سیستم‌های ولکانش‌نشده، ائتلاف قطره‌ها رخ می‌دهد و اندازه‌ی ذره‌ها بزرگ‌تر می‌شود. در عوض، افزایش مقدار NBR در سیستم ولکانش‌شده، سبب درجه‌ی پخت بیشتر و کوچک‌تر شدن اندازه‌ی ذره‌های NBR می‌شود. مورفولوژی فازی با اندازه‌ی ذره‌های کوچک‌تر، بهبود ویژگی‌های مکانیکی را نتیجه می‌دهد.
