مروری بر تاثیر سازگارکننده و نانو ذرات برخواص فیزیکی مکانیکی آلیاژ لاستیک‌های استایرن بوتادی‌ان-اکریلونیتریل بوتادی‌ان (SBR/NBR)

چکیده

هدف از این مقاله بررسی خواص فیزیکی مکانیکی آلیاژ لاستیک‌های استایرن اکریلونیتریل بوتادین/استایرن بوتادین، SBR/NBR، خالص و نیز در حضور سازگارکننده و نانو ذرات رس می‌باشد. یکی از راه‌های تقویت و بهبود خواص لاستیک‌ها آلیاژ‌سازی می باشد که برای ساخت محصول‌های جدید با خواص بهبود یافته، نسبت به هر یک از اجزاء تشکیل‌دهنده استفاده می‌شود. NBR و SBR هر دو از لاستیک‌های پرمصرف هستند که لاستیک NBR، دارای خواص مکانیکی ضعیف‌تری نسبت به SBR بوده و لاستیک SBR دارای مقاومت سایشی بهتر می‌باشد. SBR لاستیکی غیرقطبی، سیرنشده و فاقد شکست ناگهانی است اما NBR قطبی است و استحکام خوبی در مقابل حلال‌‌ها نسبت به SBR دارد. ترکیب خواص این دو کائوچو می‌تواند کاربردهای زیادی در صنعت داشته باشد. اما به دلیل ناسازگاری این دو الاستومر آلیاژ حاصل خواص مکانیکی ضعیفی دارد. مشاهده شده است که افزودن سازگارکننده‌ها، خواص مکانیکی از جمله استحکام کششی، ازدیاد طول تا پارگی را بهبود می‌بخشد. این بهبود خواص را به دلیل افزایش چسبندگی فازها با کاهش انرژی بین سطحی دوفاز لاستیکی دانستند. در این مقاله تاثیر سازگارکننده‌های مختلف بر خواص آلیاژ بررسی شده است. در انتها نیز تاثیر نیز تاثیر نانورس به‌عنوان سازگارکننده و تقویت‌کننده بر خواص مکانیکی آلیاژ بررسی شده است.
