مروری بر کاربرد های نانو ذرات الاستومری شبکه ای شده

چکیده

نانو ذرات الاستومری شبکه ای شده(ENPs) به طور گسترده ای در رزین های گرمانرم ها و گرما سخت ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند و هنگام استفاده در اصلاح سطح پلیمرها، اثرگذاری آن در مقیاس نانو مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. اندازه نانو ذرات الاستومری به وسیله اندازه ذرات لاتکس(latex)به خوبی کنترل می شودو با استفاده از این فرآیند، انداره ذرات کم تر از100 نانو متر تولید می شود و دارای توزیع باریک می شوند. نانو ذرات شبکه ای شده، چقرمگی و مقاومت گرمایی پلاستیک ها را همزمان افزایش می دهد و در اغلب مواردی که جهت اصلاح سطح به لاستیک ها وگرمانرم ها اضافه شده اند ، باعث پراکنش در ماتریس پلیمری شده اند. در این مقاله مروری به آماده سازی نمونه، و اثر نانو ذرات الاستومری شبکه ای شده وکاربرد آنها ، و مطالعه اثر افزودن این نوع نانو ذرات برمورفولوژِی، خواص حرارتی و خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی رزین های گرماسخت و گرما نرم ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
