ارزیابی شاخص‌های پایداری زنجیره تأمین صنعت لاستیک با به‌کارگیری ماتریس تأثیرات متقاطع

چکیده

مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار شامل یکپارچه کردن راهبردی و شفاف اهداف سازمانی در حوزه‌های اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی و اقتصادی و دستیابی به آن‌ها در یک همکاری و هماهنگی روشمند در فرآیندهای کلیدی بین سازمانی به منظور بهبود عملکرد بلندمدت اقتصادی سازمان و زنجیره تامین آن می باشد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارزیابی شاخص های پایداری زنجیره تأمین صنعت لاستیک با به‌کارگیری ماتریس تأثیرات متقاطع می‌باشد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت لاستیک و از تکنیک تحلیل اثرات متقابل برای تحلیل استفاده می‌شود. پرسشنامه‌ها صرفاً با متخصصین و مدیران صنعت لاستیک کشور تکمیل می‌گردد. روش ماتریس تحلیل تأثیر متقابل جهت بررسی میزان تأثیر عوامل بر همدیگر استفاده خواهد شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش با توجه به قلمرو موضوعی آن شامل مدیران، خبرگان، متخصصان و فعالان در صنعت لاستیک کشور می‌باشد. در این پژوهش مصاحبه و تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها توسط 46 نفر از خبرگان صنعت لاستیک انجام گرفته است. براساس نتیجه‌ها‌ی حاصل از این تحقیق، شاخص‌های کارایی بازیافت، کیفیت و فناوری زیست محیطی جز شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار و شاخص‌های هزینه‌های زنجیره‌ی‌تامین سنتی و پاسخ‌گویی جز شاخص‌های تاثیرپذیر هستند.
