بررسی تأثیر تجربه خرید مشتری و وفاداری الکترونیکی مشتریان در بازارگاه‌های فروش اینترنتی لاستیک

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر تجربه مشتری و وفاداری الکترونیکی مشتریان سایت های فروش اینترنتی لاستیک صورت گرفته است. مؤلفه‌های تجربه مشتری (ارزش افزوده، عناصر عملکردی برخط، زیبایی شناسی برخط و عناصر لذت باورانه برخط) در نظر گرفته شده است. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی- پیمایشی اجرا شده و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مشتریان بازاگاه های فروش اینترنتی لاستیک بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، 300 پرسشنامه توزیع و در نهایت 250 پرسشنامه دریافت و مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه گارج و همکاران (2014) بهره گرفته شده است که روایی آن قابل تأیید می‌باشد. همچنین برای سنجش پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. و به منظور بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از روش روایی تشخیصی از شاخص AVE استفاده شد. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه به روش پایایی ترکیبی CR به همراه آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم-افزار SPSS21 و نرم‌افزار SMART-PLS3 و همچنین از روش‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و تحلیل رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری مقاله استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تجربه خرید مشتری (شامل چهار متغیر ارزش افزوده، عناصر عملکردی برخط ، زیبایی شناسی برخط و عناصر لذت باورانه برخط) بر وفاداری الکترونیکی مشتریان تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد.
