شناخت عوامل موثر بر دوام تایر و ارتباط بین آنها

چکیده

تایر به دلیل آنکه مستقیماً با عملکردهایی همچون ترمزگیری، شتاب‌گیری و راحتی سرنشین در ارتباط می‌باشد، یک جزء بسیار مهم و ویژه برای خودرو می‌باشد. افزایش دوام تایر و اهمیت دادن به این پارامتر باعث افزایش امنیت جاده‌ای خواهد شد. نکته قابل توجه این است که عمر خستگی تایر باید همواره بیشتر از عمر سایش آن باشد و اگر عمر سایش افزایش یابد متناسب با آن عمر خستگی نیز باید افزایش می‌یابد. خستگی یک علت معمول در مورد واماندگی تایرهای رادیال با بلت فولادی می‌باشد. پارامترهایی همچون گرما، سرعت، ساختار تایر و پیرشدگی بر روی عمرخستگی تایر اثر گذار می باشد. در این مقاله اثر عواملی همچون گرما، سرعت، عمر خستگی و پیرشدگی بر روی دوام تایر و ارتباط بین آنها مطالعه شده است. همچنین نحوه ایجاد ترک و شروع رشد ترک در سر بلت بررسی شده است. در انتها تاثیر تعداد سیم های بلت و آرایش آن بر روی استحکام ناحیه بلت نشان داده شده است. در این مقاله نشان داده شده است که عامل مکانیکی به خصوص بحث خستگی تایر باعث ایجاد ترک و شروع رشد ترک بر اثر بارهای نوسانی می شود. همچنین به علت خاصیت ویسکوالاستیک کامپاند، در نواحی بحرانی تایر گرمای زیادی ایجاد می‌شود که این گرما باعث کاهش عمر تایر می شود. همچنین پیرشدگی همراه با گرما باعث کاهش استحکام کششی و تخریب تایر می شود.
