بکارگیری تکنیک سیستم داینامیک به منظور مدل‌سازی عملکرد زنجیره‌تأمین

چکیده

پیچیدگی کالاها و خدمات در دنیای امروز باعث شده است شرکت های منفرد که کمک و همکاری دیگر سازمان‌ها را همراه خود ندارند، برای بقای خویش با مشکلات بسیاری روبرو شوند. به همین منظور سازمان‌ها دریافته‌اند که اگر با یکدیگر همکاری داشته باشند، مجموع منافعی که عاید آنها می‌شود بیش از حالتی است که هر یک فعالیت خود را بدون هماهنگی با سازمان‌های مرتبط انجام دهند. این پژوهش به طراحی یک مدل پویایی سیستم با استفاده از ایجاد نمودار علی و معلولی، به افزایش عملکرد زنجیره‌ تأمین با تأکید بر شاخص‌های چابکی و انعطاف‌پذیری پرداخته است. هدف این مدل‌سازی کاهش هزینه، زمان و افزایش سطح رضایتمندی مشتریان با لحاظ کردن شاخص‌های چابکی و انعطاف‌پذیری، می‌باشد. در راستای رسیدن به این مهم ابتدا به معرفی مفاهیم مورد استفاده پرداخته شده سپس با استفاده از مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه، شاخص‌های چابکی و انعطاف‌پذیری در زنجیره تأمین مورد مطالعه، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. سپس با تعیین روابط علل و معلولی میان متغیرها، مدل ساخته شده و در نهایت با طراحی سناریوهای مختلف، نتایج نشان داد که چابکی و انعطاف‌پذیری، به تنهایی و مطلقاً نمی‌تواند سودآوری داشته باشد و این نتایج مشخص کرده است که برای افزایش سودآوری نباید چابکی و انعطاف‌پذیری را به بالاترین سطح رساند بلکه باید به دنبال نقطه بهینه آن بود، در نهایت یک سطح بهینه‌ای از چابکی و انعطاف‌پذیری تخمین زده شده است.
