تأثیر بدبینی سازمانی بر مقاومت در برابر تغییرات

چکیده

با توجه به این‌که یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان و منابع سازمان، منابع انسانی آن است، نقش کارکنان سازمان در حمایت از تغییرات سازمانی پررنگ تر از گذشته است. کارکنان سازمان به عنوان بخش اساسی سازمان که بیشترین سروکار را با تغییر خواهند داشت، الگوهای رفتاری متفاوتی را در مقابل این تغییرات از خود نشان می‌دهند. سازمان‌ها برای رسیدن به یک تغییر موفق باید به رفتارهای کارکنان دقت و توجه نموده و با واکنش مناسب در برابر آن، زمینه‌ی انجام اثربخش را فراهم آورند. بدبینی کارکنان نسبت به تغییرات سازمان از مفاهیم جدید در حوزه‌ی رفتار سازمانی ست. بدبینی کارکنان نسبت به تغییرات شکلی از مقاومت در برابر اصلاحات درون سازمانی ست و برای تغییرات پیش روی سازمان می‌تواند مخرب باشد. درک اجزای رفتاری و محرک بدبینی سازمانی و ارتباط بین آن‌ها و سایر مفاهیم سازمانی در کاهش بدبینی در سازمان‌ها کمک شایانی می‌کند. در این مطالعه ابتدا تاریخچه‌ی بدبینی عمومی و سازمانی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و پس از معرفی ابعاد بدبینی سازمانی و رویکردهای مطالعه‌ی آن، تغییر و مقاومت کارکنان در برابر تغییرات سازمانی و رابطه‌ی آن با بدبینی سازمانی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.
